Three ways in which you can help seniors in Ada County:
1. Volunteer for Senior Solutions to help frail seniors in their homes with such tasks as grocery shopping, visiting, making telephone calls to check on their well-being, providing companionship, and more. Call 345-7777 to become a Special Assistance Volunteer. Click here for more details about our volunteer program. You can also volunteer for the Boise Senior Activities Center as a front desk receptionist, helping with bulk mailings, assisting in the craft store or thrift store, helping set up activities, and more. Call 345-9921 for more information. 2. Send a tax-deductible donation to Senior Solutions, 3010 West State Street, Suite 120, Boise, ID 83703 3. Bring unwanted items to our thrift store, located at the Boise Senior Activities Center, 690 Robbins Road, Boise, 345-9921.
